Agribusiness value chain activities

• Production: The company undertakes the production of Maize, Soy and rice in commercial quantities. The company works with smallholder farmers under the out-grower concept produce these crops for domestic consumption, the Ghanaian market and as well as for export. The company supports the out-growers with production inputs such as seed and fertilizers either on cash basis or on credit with negotiated terms of repayment after harvest. The company also assist smallholder farmers with mechanization services such as traction, Shelling and threshing services.
• Aggregation: Reality Maker Limited is into the aggregation and marketing of grains. The company aggregates largely from the many out-growers it supports while tapping into the open market to augment where possible. The company aggregates Rice, Maize and Soy and trade same to the local and international market. The company works with Ghana Commodity Exchange in the trading of these grains. The company’s warehouse located at Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region of Ghana is a registered collection and trading centre for grains.
• Warehousing: Reality Maker Limited operates a warehouse for the storage and marketing of grains in the Upper East Region of Ghana. The Company’s Warehouse is registered and licensed by the Ghana Grains Company, Ghana Standards Authority and the Food and Drugs Authority for the warehousing and trading of grains. The company’s warehouse is also registered, listed and operated by the Ghana Commodity Exchange (GCX) as collection and trading centre for grains in the Upper East Region.
• Processing: The company is into the processing (milling) and marketing of rice in commercial quantities.
