Who we are

Reality Maker group has two registered companies rendering targeted services to the general public. These are Reality foundation and Reality Maker limited.

Reality Foundation

This is a social non-profit making enterprise that is incorporated to render community livelihood support services such as rural development, education, health and peace building.

Reality Maker Ltd

Reality Maker Ltd. (RML) was established and registered with the registrar general department of Ghana in 2016 with registration number CS023782016 and TIN number C0006114733 as an agribusiness, a business consultancy and a training entity. The organization promotes grassroots agribusiness development, business management, entrepreneurship skills, action research, market development and financial literacy. Reality Maker has since its inception been at the fore front of female and youth led SME development, advocacy against gender-based violence, and integrating economic empowerment as a tool to promote equitable opportunities for women across the five northern regions, especially in the Upper East and North East Regions of Ghana.

Specifically, Reality Maker Ltd. operates under five (5) thematic areas:

1. Rural progress advancement
2. Business consultancy and Entrepreneurial development
3. Climate advocacy and sustainable agribusinesses (Production, aggregation, processing, recycling, and marketing).
4. SME training, coaching, and mentoring
5. Financial inclusion

Promoters

The group has qualified and experienced team of promoters led by Dr. Wilfred Akapanga who has diverse background in business, culture.  and development. The team has in the past facilitated several policy formulations, training activities, coaching and mentoring for many SMES, FBOs and CBOs in various areas of interest in Upper Region and beyond.
