NB: It is worthy to note that two of our members on this platform are part of the national executive board ie Mr. Fred Kukubor and Dr. Wilfred Akapanga
Next Steps
The new Executive Board will constitute additional working committees to operationalize key functions and strengthen coordination across regions. The Board affirmed its readiness to serve selflessly to advance the objectives of CARP Ghana and contribute to the broader goals of the ECOWAS Rice Observatory under the ECOWAS Commission.
Conclusion
The constitution of this Executive Board enhances CARP Ghana’s capacity to convene stakeholders, influence policy, and strengthen rice market systems. The presence of our members in key leadership positions presents an opportunity for stronger producer representation at both national and regional levels.
Thank you.
